My name is Carol Ann, I'm currently working as the UI/UX designer at Millennium Physician Group and looking for product design roles.
Being the first and only designer at a mature organization has come with its share of challenges, but I’ve developed a love and dedication for being resourceful, learning, and growing as a designer. Some of the specialized skills I’ve developed are designing for accessibility, data analysis and using it to generate insights into users, as well as planning and strategy for long term improvement.
Outside of work I have the same curious and inquisitive nature and spend a lot of my time learning and developing new skills from cooking classes, martial arts, working on cars, SCUBA diving, or musical instruments.
